Delivery times

If the item is in stock, it will reach you within up to 4 business days.

If the item is not in stock and needs to be made for you, it will reach you within up to 10 business days.

Courier to your door – anywhere in Israel, ILS 30.

The courier will call you to arrange the delivery, so we recommend being reachable after placing your order. Delivery hours are 8:00–20:00, so it is worth choosing an address where it is convenient for you to receive the parcel during those hours – your workplace, for example.

Self-collection from our store – free of charge.

International orders

An international order has two stages: the time it takes us to prepare and dispatch your piece, and the time the carrier takes to deliver it.

Stage 1 – preparation and dispatch

If the item is in stock, it will be ready for shipping within up to 6 business days.

If the item needs to be made for you, it will be ready for shipping within up to 10 business days.

Stage 2 – delivery

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the service you selected at checkout:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Cassouto cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments.

Standard Shipping

Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier. In most areas the parcel arrives with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a card explaining how and where your parcel can be collected.

Express FedEx Shipping

Your order will be delivered by FedEx, who will attempt delivery up to three times and leave a notice card after each attempt. A signature is required on delivery.

Currency

Our store operates in Israeli New Shekels (ILS), and all orders – including international ones – are charged in ILS. The international shipping prices above are shown in US dollars for reference and are billed at the ILS amounts stated. The exact amount debited in your own currency is set by the bank that issued your card, according to its exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Taxes and duties

All customs and import duties, taxes, fees and any other charges applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, including where a shipment is refused on delivery. Parcels are sent DDU (“duties and taxes unpaid”). We do not collect VAT, duties or taxes on behalf of any other country and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order incurs such charges, they must be paid by you for the parcel to clear customs.

Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the parcel. Customs agents may release or refuse to release a parcel and, in rare cases, may delay delivery.
