If you are not happy with an item you have received, you may return it to us for a full refund.

All you need to do is send the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it, and make sure it has not been used and is free of any defect or damage. Your refund will be issued within 7 days of the date the item is returned, and only to the credit card used to place the order. It will be processed under the same terms as the original transaction. There is no need to contact your credit card company to cancel the transaction — we take care of that for you.
