International Returns

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package.

International Customers must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package.

Israeli Customers must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package.

Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

Exchanges

• We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Policy

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any Efrat Cassouto hangtags, attached.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
