How long does delivery take?

If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 4 business days. If it is not in stock we make it for you and deliver within 10 business days.

Home delivery anywhere in Israel costs 30 NIS. Free self-pickup is available from our store at 18 Rambam St., Tel Aviv, Sun-Thu 11:00-17:00 and Friday 10:00-14:00.

Can I return an item?

Unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. A refund for an online purchase is available for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges and returns can be made free of charge at our studio store, or by courier for a fee. Custom-designed items and items made to a non-standard size cannot be returned.

Are the photos on the website real?

Yes. Every piece is photographed in our own studio, so what you see is the actual jewelry you will receive.

Because each piece is handmade and set with natural pearls and Swarovski stones, tiny variations between one piece and another are part of their character. Screen colours may also vary slightly from one device to another.
